My AIR is 448. What to choose?

the college should be fixed as Bombay. about the course...aero is actually a derived and more specialised form of mech..dont go by closing ranks..you can get mech and aero at bombay...if general mechanical is what you what..go for mech..but if you are really fascinated about planes and space crafts...go for aero...both are very good...people are more interested in aero now..last year opening and closing ranks for aero at bombay are 415-1480....for mech it is..56-471.. so choose according to your desire..
